I wanted to jump into spring for this blog and brighten up the winter blues. Pastel colours are big this spring whether it is a baby blue or pink, lilac, mint green or light yellow. Still keep warm with fitted jumpers and tights but bring in a splash of pretty colours. Here I have replaced the winter jeans and leggings for a pair of pastel blue shorts over the top of black wool tights teamed with my favourite black ankle boots. On top I wanted something warm but a bright pastel colour. I found this perfect fitted Lilac Aran jumper from ASOS, also available in Mint or Pink. Accessorised with my yellow vintage bag to clash and liven up the palette of colours. Sweety coloured nail varnish is a must sticking with bright pink, pastel blues and mint greens, if that’s not for you stick to a silver or grey. I chose a coral lipstick to finish off the look but a baby pink would also do the trick. Don’t be afraid to clash and experiment with the colours. Spring here we come!
